I will comply with all policies, rules, and regulations of BrokerNation Real Estate (BNRE), my Realtor Association and the DBPR.

I understand that MLS data input privileges are granted providing that you have completed the training offered by the Realtor Association.

I understand that a completed listing file must be submitted to BrokerNation Real Estate within two (2) business days of the effective date of the listing contract.

I acknowledge that after two prior warnings a $250.00 fine will be imposed after the late submission of each sale or rental listing file.

I understand that the repeated submission of late listing files may result in the termination of data input privileges and the Company will charge $50.00 for entering each file in the MLS.

I understand the State requirement to provide a copy of the listing agreement to my customer within 24 hours.

I understand that the listing department will e-mail an acknowledgment after the receipt of each listing file.

I understand my responsibility to read all e-mails from BrokerNation Real Estate.

I will not input data into the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS), without a complete file.

I understand that the listing department audits all company listings by accessing each Realtor® Association listing inventory. Any listing that appears on the Multiple Listing Service® without a complete file on hand will be placed in a “temporary off the market” status and may result in the termination of my data input privileges.
