Some larger firms that offer 100% Commission, offer stock options in their company as a form of profit-sharing. This is unstable as stock markets fluctuate, so your investment could be up or down.
Profit-Sharing
Model
Other firms offer profit sharing. This is NOT revenue sharing. Profit-sharing takes a percentage from your commission to pay agents above you. Thus you are NOT making a 100% Commission.
