Monica Fernandez
Real Estate Agent
BrokerNation Real Estate
Doral

When did you join BrokerNation?
I joined in December of 2019.

What made you join BrokerNation?
They were offering a social media class at the time that I saw and registered through a Facebook ad. I decided to attend and I was able to meet Daylan, he made me feel welcome since that day, and when they explain the commission program (100%), the revenue sharing, and everything else, it was a done deal.

How long have you been in Real Estate?
I have been in Real Estate, mortgage, and loan processing since 2004 in Las Vegas, then I moved to Miami in 2010 and got my Florida license in 2015.

What was your biggest sale last year?
This year 1,250,000.00

How Many Sales do you average a year?
I do Real Estate part-time, so I only do a few transactions a year.

To what do you attribute your success?
I am always there for my clients, they know they can call me any time with any questions. I tried to always do the best for my client’s interest regardless of mine. I help my clients make informed decisions and guide them through the whole process.

What does your typical workday look like?
I split my day between my family and my two businesses, so I wake up at around 6:30 am every day, and after I drop my son to school. I prioritize my activities and try to do everything with the best attitude possible.

What is your favorite thing about BrokerNation?
Everything, I think I’ve never been in such a complete and cool company. Is not only the commission plan, which is great but also the brokers, the support, the agents, and the events that are just like 5 starts lol, basically I loved being a part of BrokerNation.

What does your typical workday look like?
I wake up between 6 and 7 AM every morning and start my days with a workout that sets the tone for the day. By 8:30 AM I am either preparing for showings, inspections/appraisals or I am making phone calls to source my next deal. I dedicate at least an hour a day to prospecting whether it’s cold calling, following up with leads, or even door knocking. Showing days are usually my favorite days since I love to be on the go.

What is your favorite thing about BrokerNation?
My favorite thing about Brokernation is that everyone is supportive and they make you feel at home.
