Be the expert and make more sales!
Think about why someone buys something? There are two types of consumers. One knows the product they want, knows where to find the product, and buys the product. These people are the ones that go directly to Amazon, look up an item, and purchase it. But then there is another kind of consumer, the one who is in the market but has no clue what they want or where to get it. In the digital world, these are the folks who go to Google before Amazon. How do we connect and convince these folks? With Knowledge. If you can provide expertise about a subject or product if you can answer every question, be there Google. Then you gain the trust of the consumer and therefore make it easier for them to trust you and make a purchase.
