How long have you been in Real Estate?
I have been in real estate for 2 years.
What was your biggest sale last year?
My biggest sale last year was just over 1 million dollars (1,075,000)
How Many Sales do you average a year?
I average about 13 sales a year.
What do you attribute your success?
Maintaining relationships with clients/potential clients by continuously following up or just checking up on them to see how they are doing, making plans for coffee/lunch, etc. I believe remaining consistent as well as genuinely being passionate about what I do and going above and beyond for my clients also attributes to success. I care about my client’s best interests and feel that this is what makes me stand out from others.
What does your typical workday look like?
I wake up between 6 and 7 AM every morning and start my days with a workout that sets the tone for the day. By 8:30 AM I am either preparing for showings, inspections/appraisals or I am making phone calls to source my next deal. I dedicate at least an hour a day to prospecting whether it’s cold calling, following up with leads, or even door knocking. Showing days are usually my favorite days since I love to be on the go.
