I joined in March of 2019.

What made you join BrokerNation?
Walk up and was farming the area.

How long have you been in Real Estate?
I have been in real estate for 6 years.

What was your biggest sale last year?
In 2021 it was $565,000 and represented both sides so $1,130,000.
This year 2022 it was $2.2 mill and represented both sides so $4.4 million.

How Many Sales do you average a year?
Last year was 13. So far this year it’s 7. So about 10 a year
and I do about 5-10 rentals a year.

To what do you attribute your success?
Persistence and customer service. I always want to be #1

What does your typical workday look like?
Following up with clients through emails, texts, and phone calls. Making sure all my deals are going smoothly by speaking with my mortgage broker and title company. Going on the MLS to see what’s happening in the market.

What is your favorite thing about BrokerNation?
The commission split but also there’s a sense of camaraderie between the agents.
We all help each other.
